About The Guide Forge

Game guides, forged by the community.

What We Are

The Guide Forge is a community-driven platform for gaming guides. Players write walkthroughs, strategies, and deep-dives for the games they have mastered, and other players read them, level up alongside them, and follow the creators they trust. Every guide is written by a real person with real time spent in the game.

We host both free guides (supported by advertising and optional creator subscriptions) and premium guides priced individually by their creators. Readers earn XP, build reading streaks, collect badges, and keep their place in a personal library as they read.

Our Mission

Guides written for players, not algorithms. Most gaming content today is written for search engines first and players second. The Guide Forge exists to flip that around: guides that come from real gameplay, written in real voices, surfaced by real readers rather than optimized for an algorithm.

That means three commitments: pay creators fairly, keep the reading experience clean and honest, and tell readers exactly what they are getting. That last one is why every guide carries an AI transparency badge showing how much of it was written by a human versus assisted by AI.

From the Founder

Hi, I'm Jackson — a software developer who's been gaming for over a decade and chasing achievements across just about every game I touch. Mordhau, Planetside 2, and Warframe are some of my long-time favorites.

I built The Guide Forge because I was tired of guide sites that prioritize SEO over actually helping players, and I wanted to create something where writers get paid fairly for the genuine expertise they bring.

If you've ever spent hours hunting down a specific drop or piecing together a build from five different forum threads, this site is for you.
